The Sindh High Court disposed of the petition of the parents regarding the extradition of the alleged abductor, allowing the girl who went from Karachi to Lahore to get married to her parents. 

In the case related to the alleged abduction of a minor girl, the hearing of the extradition case on behalf of the parents was held today, Friday, January 6, in the Sindh High Court. 

During the hearing, the lawyer of Zaheer Ahmed told the court that this application is inadmissible, the judicial magistrate rejected the application related to the extradition of the girl child, the application related to the extradition of the girl child is also pending in the trial court, the applicant now has There is also a related forum.

Zaheer Ahmed's lawyer further said that the petitioner should approach the trial court, the girl was sent to a shelter home on the orders of the court, and the girl was not kept in habeas corpus, and the girl is the main witness in this case. 

Lawyer Zaheer Ahmed said that the parents have had five meetings with the girl, and they ask the girl whether she wants to go to the parents or not, Zaheer Ahmed should also be allowed to meet the girl. 

Justice Iqbal Kalhoro called the girl and asked what is her son's name, to which the girl told her name and said I was studying in the seventh class, my parents and sister are present in the court, and I want to go with my parents.

Lawyer Zaheer Ahmed said that the girl should be stopped from being taken out, on which Justice Iqbal Kalhoro said that everyone wants to go to their parent's house, no one wants to leave their parent's house, and the courts are open for everyone. , the girl is young, wants to go to her parents, and does not want to go to a shelter home. 

The court asked the girl's father, Mehdi Kazmi, what guarantee will he give to the court. The court, talking to the girl's mother, said we are giving you a girl, now you have a heavy responsibility. 

The Sindh High Court, while allowing the girl to temporarily go with her parents, said that the decision of the permanent handover of the girl has to be taken by the trial court.

The Sindh High Court, while directing the girl to be sent with her parents, also ordered the parents to provide full protection to the girl and said that the parents will have to deposit one million rupees as security for the protection of the girl. On this occasion, the court also directed the child protection officer and the lady police officer to meet the girl weekly, the child protection officer was also ordered to submit the review report to the subordinate court.
