The scholars have said in a joint fatwa that it is forbidden to take up arms and declare war against the police and military personnel.


Regarding the ongoing terrorism in the country, Darul Uloom Al-Sharf Peshawar, Jamia Darul Uloom Haqqania, Organization of Madaris, Federation of Al-Madaris Al-Arabiya, Rabat Al-Madaris, Federation of Madaris Asalafiya issued a joint fatwa rejecting terrorist activities.


Federation of Al-Madaris al-Shia, Jamia Al-Qur'an Education, and Ulama Council of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have also condemned terrorism.


Ulemas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued a fatwa against terrorists and terrorist acts, saying that only the head of the Islamic state can declare jihad, not everyone has the right to declare jihad, and to avoid obeying the law. Sharia is illegal.


The scholars have said in their fatwa that it is forbidden to take up arms and declare war against the police and military personnel.


It has been said in the fatwa of scholars that sedition and rioting within the Islamic state and slander against the state are not permissible according to the Sharia law. Its perpetrators deserve to be punished.
