ICC has announced the Player of the Month nominations for December 2022. 

Among the players nominated for Player of the Month are Pakistan cricket team captain Babar Azam, England's Harry Brook, and Australia's Travis Head. 

Babar Azam (Pakistan) 

Babar Azam performed brilliantly against England and New Zealand in December, Babar Azam participated in four Test matches in December in which he continued to score runs despite the pressure of captaincy. In these matches, he scored two centuries and three fifties. 

In the first Test against New Zealand, Babar stayed at the wicket for 6 hours in Pakistan's first innings and played brilliant innings of 161 runs. Babar Azam scored 523 runs at an average of 65.37 in December.

Harry Brooke (England) 

England's Harry Brooke had a brilliant batting performance in the three Test matches against Pakistan and scored 468 runs at an astonishing average of 93.60 throughout December. 

Travis Head (Australia) 

Australia's Travis Head scored 455 runs at an average of 91 in four Tests in December, including two wickets against the West Indies.
