Finance Minister Ishaq Dar rejected the white paper of Tehreek-e-Insaf as misleading and contrary to facts. 


During the press conference along with Federal Minister Ahsan Iqbal, Ishaq Dar said that the country's economy was growing rapidly during the previous era of PML-N, and the economic growth rate during PML-G was 6.1 percent. 


Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has said that PTI got Pakistan with a stable economy in 2018 and did nothing but criticism during its tenure. The white paper did not mention the devastating floods and the rise in global oil prices. 


The finance minister said that the economic data given by PTI is not correct, and PTI is also misleading regarding imports and exports. The cycle of default should be closed, and Pakistan will not be bankrupt.


Ishaq Dar said that PTI got Pakistan a stable economy in 2018 and did nothing but criticism during its tenure. The fiscal deficit peaked under PTI, and PTI reduced the economic growth rate to 3.12% in 2019. 


The finance minister said that in 2019, PTI took the interest rate to 15%, during his tenure, the prices of medicines were increased by 300%, and the prices of Shiaykhuronosh increased significantly. 


Ishaq Dar said that during our era there was an atmosphere of terrorism, PTI did not allocate funds for any security operation, load shedding issue was not paid attention to during the PTI era, and PIM faced challenges like Zarb-e-Azb and power shortages. Ended the fall.


The federal minister said that FBR has set a revenue target of Rs 7470 billion for the current financial year, and the current government has collected more than Rs 3000 billion in a short period of 6 months.
