Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar got another relief from the Accountability Court. 


The Accountability Court of Islamabad revoked the order to confiscate the assets of Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar and issued a written order to restore the bank accounts. 


The Accountability Court of Islamabad has issued a written order to end the confiscation of the assets of Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar and restore the bank accounts. 


The written order said that Ishaq Dar's assets were seized for being advertised, Ishaq Dar has surrendered and the trial against him has also ended due to lack of jurisdiction. 


The court has said in its decision that during the hearing, the prosecution lawyer also said that the court should issue an appropriate order according to the law.


The written order said that the order of confiscation of Ishaq Dar's assets is withdrawn. 


In 2017, the Accountability Court of Islamabad gave a 2017 order to confiscate the assets of Ishaq Dar. 


After Ishaq Dar was declared a fugitive, Ishaq Dar's bank accounts and house in Lahore were confiscated by the government.
