According to the Chinese newspaper, the formation of snow flowers depends mostly on weather conditions and is most common on shrubs.

This makes the water of the river isten in the sunlight. The bright rays of the sun fall on the ice structure making it appear like flowers and the onlookers get lost in its magical effect.

Social media users are also appreciating the extreme beauty of nature.
