The Special JIT set up to investigate the Arshad Sharif murder case removed the objection and submitted the report again to the Supreme Court.

The registrar's office objected to the photocopy of Kenya's post-mortem report. The Special JIT disposed of the progress report on the objection.

According to sources, the registrar's office had objected to the photocopy of Kenya's post-mortem report, the JIT resubmitted Kenya's post-mortem report and affidavit.

After the objection was removed, the Registrar's Office received the progress report, before which the JIT had asked to submit the report tomorrow.

It should be noted that the Supreme Court has appointed senior journalist Arshad Sharif for the hearing of the spontaneous notice case. The hearing of the case will be held on January 5 at one o'clock. A 5-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Atta Bandyal had sought a progress report from the JIT on the previous hearing.

It should be noted that well-known journalist and senior anchor person Arshad Sharif was shot and killed in Kenya on October 24, after which the federal government sent a team to Kenya to investigate the murder.
