Saudi Arco Company has signed agreements worth 27 billion riyals to import manpower from 6 countries.
According to Al-Arabiya News, Saudi Minister of Commerce and Acting Minister of Information Majid Al-Qasabi and Minister of Investment Khaled Al-Falih recently visited these countries after which agreements were signed for the import of manpower.
Agreements have been signed with Turkey, Indonesia, Thailand, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan to meet local labor market needs.
According to the agreements to be made for the import of manpower, 400,000 people belonging to various professions will be taken to Saudi Arabia by 2030 from Thailand and Indonesia.
According to the agreements, visas will be issued for 100,000 workers belonging to various professions from Turkey, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Azerbaijan during the next 7 years.
It should be noted that the purpose of the contracts for the import of manpower is to provide better manpower to the Saudi labor market, which includes workers from various professions in addition to domestic workers.
It should be noted that after the corona epidemic, there has been an extraordinary increase in the demand for manpower in the labor market of the country.
